Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we email you an order confirmation. If we can’t fulfil an item — because it’s out of stock or the delivery address isn’t serviceable — we’ll tell you and refund that item in full.

We may cancel orders that look fraudulent, are placed for resale, or that we can’t verify.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST.
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is emailed with every order.
• Prices and offers can change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
• If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we’ll contact you before processing the order.

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout with UPI, cards, net banking or Cash on Delivery, where available. We never see or store your full card details.

We describe our coffee as accurately as we can. Packaging, batch details and nutrition information printed on the pack you receive are the authoritative source. Our products are food products, not medicine, and nothing on this site is health advice.

You can check out as a guest. If you create an account, keep your login details safe — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Please don’t misuse the site, scrape it, or resell our products without our written permission.

The Koffelo name, logo, photography and copy on this site belong to us and can’t be reused without permission.

We stand behind our products, and nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
