We ship across India through our courier partners. Serviceability depends on your PIN code — enter it at checkout and you’ll see whether delivery and Cash on Delivery are available for your address.

We do not ship outside India at the moment.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we email and message you a tracking link from the courier. Tracking can take a few hours to start updating after dispatch.

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery are available at checkout, subject to order value and PIN code eligibility. You can check out as a guest — no account needed.

• If tracking hasn’t moved for more than 48 hours, write to us and we’ll chase the courier for you.
• If a parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo of the outer box and the product within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it.
• If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or repeatedly undelivered, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.
